Character Building: A Good Thing

“People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously. This is how character is built.”  Eleanor Roosevelt

One of our members building his character is licensed Keller Williams’s real estate agent Marvin Lee. Keller Williams Realty takes a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results. Marvin Lee utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your expectations. More importantly, he listens and that means he can find solutions that are tailored to you. A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. Contacting Marvin Lee is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams and he will help you make them come true.

Here is a little Q & A with Marvin:

How long have you been in real estate? “I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2009.”

What is your specialty? “I am fluent in two languages and I am a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist.”

What do you like most about what you do? “I like real estate because it is a people business. I love the fact that I get to work with clients that have different backgrounds and financial status.”

What sets you apart from the competition? “I am a proactive and strong agent. I have a strong work ethic, am honest and have integrity.”

What is your biggest challenge? “My biggest challenge is to know when to delegate and use leverage. I like to be hands on.”

What is your favorite part of the job? “Just joining Keller Williams and doing business with my friend, John Kang, is my favorite part of the job.”

Wouldn’t getting into a new house in 2012 be a wonderful situation?
