Executive producer Jamie Nichols brought Celebrate Dance again to the Glendale Alex Theatre on March 8 with a fresh line-up of eight dance companies. Entering the ninth year of critically acclaimed shows, Celebrate Dance 2014 offered a seamless production that promised to inspire, enlighten and entertain – and made good on that promise.

The audience enjoyed a full spectrum of dance including contemporary, tap with live music, contemporary jazz, modern dance and even Gaga! New works was presented from new choreographers Danielle Agami, Glyn Gray, Adam Parsons, Benjamin Levy, Lindsey Lollie, Jason Gorman, Nicole Hogg, Michael Mizerany and Joelle Martinec.
