Oscar-winning actor George Chakiris (“West Side Story”) and Burbank-based Marilyn Monroe tribute artist Kassandra Carroll paid their respects to the late actress Marilyn Monroe on Aug. 5 at Westwood Village Memorial Park in West LA where she is laid to rest. The occasion was the 60th anniversary of Monroe’s passing. She would have been 96 this year.
