Legendary Armenian singer Harout Pamboukjian, a mariachi band, a live DJ, giveaways, as well as an ice cream truck and traditional Armenian coffee (made using hot sand) will greet visitors at a public Block Party Street Fair at the new Massis Kabob location this Saturday, Sept. 3 in Glendale.

The 12 – 8 p.m. event at 301 South Glendale Ave. will mark the grand opening of the first-ever standalone Massis restaurant location in Glendale. The eatery specializes in Armenian and Persian-influenced cuisine.
