A new restaurant has popped up in Downtown L.A. and in Burbank – Asian Box. In much the same way that Subway, Blaze Pizza and Chipotle offer a make- your-own sandwich, pizza and burrito experience (respectively), Asian Box is a make-your-own box lunch restaurant with quick and friendly counter service or in house dining. With gluten- free and oh-so-good for you ingredients, guests can customize their Asian inspired cuisine to fit their specific liking. Want chilled noodles instead of rice? You got it. How about a lime spritz? Chicken, beef, pork, tofu and on and on. There is a long line of sauces and toppings to choose from. Or for those who are simply too busy to choose their own toppings, the expert chefs have pre-chosen toppings to create house favorite combinations.
For those who like healthy, Asian inspired dishes that will fill the tummy without emptying the wallet, Asian Box is the place to go.
