It’s the time of year for sweet treats, a sarcastic yet heartfelt holiday wish and a curly Christmas tree. That’s right – it’s time once again for Grinchmas.

The Grinch is back at Universal Studios Hollywood to celebrate his newfound love for Christmas as he brings all the holiday decorations back from Mount Krumpit. Of course he himself, The Grinch, is on hand to greet all Whos far and near as is his dog Max and a bevy of very excited Whos around town. From the nightly tree lighting to the Whobilicious treats like gingerbread cookies and cake jars to the festive shows that take place throughout the day, there’s so much to explore at Grinchmas.

And just around the corner in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hogsmeade Village has been decorated for Christmas as well. Magically lit garlands have been hung all over the town and, at night, Hogwarts Castle comes to life in a projection show celebrating the magic of Christmas. 

Whether it’s the silly fun at Grinchmas or the classic magical take on Christmas in the Wizarding World, the holidays at Universal Studios Hollywood offer something for everyone. The holidays at Universal are on now through Jan. 1, 2023.
