On Feb. 23, the Cub Scouts of St. James Pack #314 hosted a LEGO Showcase at their Blue and Gold dinner. The Blue and Gold Dinner is the birthday anniversary of Scouting. The theme for the evening was “Cub Scouts are out of this World!”
Approximately 60 Scouts and students began the evening building rockets, planes, jets and various contraptions out of LEGO bricks. The night continued with a pasta bar dinner, followed by desserts made by the Scouts and their dads.
Everyone left the evening with full bellies and a smile on their faces.
