The FluteSonic Orchestra will be presenting a concert at the Glendale City Church on May 25 at 5 p.m. It will feature music by Edvard Grieg, Dmitri Kabalevsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky, music from the planets Gustav Holst, Stravinsky and brand new arrangements by Fred Selden, David Shostac and Bill Butler. Lead soloist is David Shostac.

Founded in 2014 by Gordon Halligan and David Shostac, the FluteSonic Orchestra began as a rehearsal group and conducting project of Julliard flutist Gordon Halligan.

A free-will donation will be collected at the door.
