Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy honored the 86 seniors of the Class of 2024 as they continue their academic journeys at 54 colleges and universities across the United States, England, Ireland, South Korea and Canada. This exceptional group of students began their high school experience under the unprecedented challenges of a global pandemic, starting their freshman year via Zoom. Despite these obstacles, they have displayed extraordinary resilience and spirit.
“When they returned to campus, rather than lamenting what they had missed, they leaned into each other and forged a deeper bond within their class and the larger school community,” said Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy Principal Rebecca Bostic. “Their resilience and care for one another is what stands out to me as the special qualities of this class. They are not a group that is going to take for granted that things will be easy; they are a group that has a deep mutual respect for the strengths and differences of one another and they will take those values of community and move out into the world and be the leaders that the world needs,” added Bostic.
