On June 8, 20 seniors and 21 eighth grade students graduated from St. Monica Academy. After the baccalaureate Mass, Martin Cothran, editor of Memoria Press’ magazine Classical Teacher, spoke to the graduates about the value of a classical education and conferred diplomas upon the graduates. The ceremony closed with the senior graduates singing the words of their alma mater: “Crusaders, fight the good fight throughout your future lives. Proclaim the truth with courage knowing Christ is at your side.”
Located in Montrose, St. Monica Academy is an independent, Catholic, coeducational school for grades one through 12.
