Crescenta Valley High School held its Back to School Night on Wednesday, Aug. 27 on the school campus.
Back to School Night is a popular parent-driven event the school holds each year. Hundreds of parents and students crowded onto the school’s quad to eat barbecue sold by Prom Plus before heading off to classrooms to see what will be expected of students this year.
Also prominent was “Quacky,” the Kiwanis duck who was onsite to welcome parents and remind everyone that the Kiwanis Incredible Duck Splash was coming up in October and there was still time to adopt their ducks for the fundraiser.
