Rummage Sale at CVHS
The JROTC is having a huge multi-family rummage sale on Oct. 13 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Crescenta Valley High School cafeteria, 2900 Community Ave. in La Crescenta. Everything must go.

Lincoln Elementary Fall Festival
The Lincoln Elementary Fall Festival is on Friday, Oct. 5 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the school campus. There will be carnival games, prizes, rides, activities, local band Hit & Run, a pumpkin patch, and great food. Open to the public – everyone is welcome!

Game and ride wristbands are available at the ticket booth for only

$20. Individual tickets are only 50 cents each. Delicious food provided by the Lincoln Korean Parents Club, Lincoln Armenian Parents Club, and a surprise famous food truck.

Come on down and purchase pumpkins at the huge Lincoln pumpkin patch open to the public during the Fall Festival.

Pancakes at Fremont
Fremont Elementary School is hosting a pancake breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the school. The cost is $5. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausages, fruit and drink. Music will be provided by Rosemont Middle School orchestra. There will also be a Scholastic book fair in the auditorium and a pumpkin patch.

Funds raised benefit the sixth grade trip to Camp Highland.

ALG Offers SAT Help
The Assistance League of Glendale offers SAT seminars starting Oct. 8 through Nov. 1 for $45.

There are four sessions of math and four of English that run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays or on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The sessions are held at 314 E. Harvard St., Glendale. Registration forms are available at www.alglendale.org/sat.htm, local high school counselors’ offices or at Thrift Alley, 314-A Harvard St.
