Goblins, ghosts, princesses and Creepers were found on local playgrounds and fields during the annual Halloween parades held on elementary school campuses. As in years past, parents were on hand to cheer on their costumed students while snapping pictures and taking video. Rainy weather wouldn’t come until later in the evening when most of the trick-or-treaters were safely tucked away.
