Students of Lincoln Elementary School gathered on its newly poured tarmac to celebrate veterans during a ceremony held on Nov. 8. The event began with a presentation of colors by Boy Scouts who attend Lincoln. Veteran Mike Baldwin (above center) hugged his grandson Matthew who was part of the celebration and veterans Jim Turner (above left), Lieutenant Commander Lopez (center) and Jerry Burnham were part of the day’s celebration.
