Operation Christmas Child Donations Due

Rosemont families are asked to participate in Rosemont Middle School’s annual Operation Christmas Child donation campaign. In past years, Rosemont has collected and packed a huge number of shoeboxes for this charity but this year donations are drastically down. To date the number of donations will fill only two shoeboxes. Gifts are needed for all ages, from 2 to 14 years old.

The community is asked to either pack a shoebox or simply send in a few items and Rosemont will do the packing.    Gift ideas include a “wow” toy such as a doll, sports ball with pump or stuffed animal. Other fun toys, crafts, musical instruments, accessories, non-liquid hygiene items and school supplies are needed. All donations are due by Friday, Nov. 18. Collection bins are located in the Rosemont office, 4725 Rosemont Ave. in La Crescenta. Please ask your family, friends, and neighbors to help with Operation Christmas Child.
