On Thanksgiving Day, the Armenia Fund hosted its annual Thanksgiving telethon, broadcast live from Glendale. The 12-hour event, dedicated this year to the Water for Life cause, aired throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Armenia. The telethon featured interviews with celebrities, Armenia Fund supporters and political leaders from Armenia, Karabakh and the Diaspora.

As members of the Diaspora, Chamlian Armenian School’s student representatives attended the telethon and proudly presented a check for $4,531 on behalf of the school.

Chamlian’s administration is grateful to the parents for their support, and is proud of its students for their help in making a difference in our homeland.
