Food Drive Benefits District
Mountain Avenue Elementary Student Council is hosting a food drive for the GUSD food bank. The food bank supports families within the GUSD schools who are struggling during these hard times. There is an easy, contactless and socially distanced drop off box for donated items in the drive-through lane in front of Mountain Avenue Elementary at 2307 Mountain Ave in La Crescenta (cross street Briggs Avenue). The community is asked to donate non-perishable items that will benefit local families in need.
The drive runs through Dec. 18.
