Public’s Help Sought in Ilori Sunglasses Theft

Glendale police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects who entered the Ilori store at the Americana in the 200 block of Americana Way in Glendale and stole several pairs of glasses.

The theft occurred on Dec. 29 at 6:30 p.m. The male suspect immediately selected a pair of glasses and placed them in his pocket. The female suspect tried on several pairs of glasses and concealed two in her purse.

As the two suspects left the store, the male knocked over some glasses and placed one pair in his pocket and returned the other to the display. The suspects had with them a medium-sized white dog.

The suspects are described as a male white or Hispanic, 45 to 53 years old, 5’10” tall, medium build with dark hair. The woman is described as white or Hispanic, 45 to 53 years old, 5’3” to 5’5” tall, medium build with long brown hair with a streak of grey in the front.
