According to CHP, the agency received a call at 12:34 p.m. about a vehicle that spun out and hit a pickup truck on the 210 eastbound at SR2. At present the No. 1 lane is blocked; there are possible injuries. There has been a request for animal control. Those involved are waiting for the arrival of a tow truck.
