On Tuesday at 3:50 a.m., Glendale Police Dept. found broken glass from a front door to a business located in the 4100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Officers did not find any suspects at the time. Surveillance footage from the business revealed that two men broke the glass door and entered the business just after midnight. There was unknown loss and detectives are continuing their investigation.

On Tuesday, Glendale officers stopped a man riding a bicycle without lights a little after 4 a.m. near La Crescenta and Sierra Vista avenues. The man reportedly said he was riding his bike to his car, described the vehicle and showed officers a car key. When officers searched for and found the car in the area, they ran the license plate to discover it was reported stolen. After confirming that the key the man presented belonged to the stolen car, officers arrested the man for taking a vehicle without consent.
