Foothill Boulevard and Wentworth Street in Sunland, Crescenta Valley deputies arrested a 40-year-old Lakeview Terrace man for driving on a suspended driver’s license and reasonable cause arrest for driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent. After deputies stopped the man they noticed the vehicle had several wires hanging from the steering column. The man allegedly told deputies the car was a gift from a friend but could not remember her phone number. The vehicle was registered to an owner that the man did not know. Deputies also discovered the man had a warrant in his name for forgery. He was arrested at 2 a.m.

2200 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, the front passenger window was broken and a cellphone was stolen from a vehicle parked in the Pier One parking lot between 11:15 a.m. to 11:35 a.m.
2500 block of Montrose Avenue in Montrose, the front passenger window was shattered and a global positioning system was stolen from a vehicle overnight.

5000 block of Hill Lane in La Cañada, two passenger side windows were shattered and a global positioning system was stolen from a vehicle overnight.
1000 block of Salisbury Court in La Cañada, the rear driver’s side window was shattered in a vehicle. It is unknown if anything was stolen at the time of the report. The incident happened overnight.
1100 block of Flintridge Avenue in La Cañada, a women returned home to find numerous lights on in the inside of her home that were not on when she left. She discovered the window of her master bathroom had been shattered and several rooms ransacked. Jewelry was stolen. The incident happened overnight.

2700 block of Prospect Avenue in La Crescenta, the driver’s side window was smashed and a global positioning system was stolen from a vehicle between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Jan. 18
1011 block of Fairview Drive in La Cañada, the front passenger side window was broken and a briefcase was stolen from a vehicle overnight.
900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, the front passenger window was smashed and a global positioning system was stolen from a vehicle between 10:35 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.
