In the Feb. 4 issue we mistakenly stated that the City of South Pasadena was in favor of the 710 tunnel. According to the mayor’s office, “The City of South Pasadena does not oppose sound, route-neutral research of a bored tunnel alternative but has not taken a position to support a tunnel… The City opposes the 710 freeway through the communities of South Pasadena, El Sereno and Pasadena.”
