The Montrose Shopping Park Assn. had another successful Valentine rose give-away event on Saturday.

“We gave out 500 roses [by] 3:20 p.m.,” said Dale Dawson, MSPA event coordinator. MSPA even received a phone call from a woman thanking them for “this wonderful event.” It was a success for the shopping park as well as with several people taking advantage of the $10 scrip they received for every $50 spent in the local stores.
