The Glendale Police Dept. arrested three males involved in a theft of Amazon packages from a delivery truck in the City of Glendale.
On Sunday, Feb. 17 at 12:33 p.m., Glendale officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Loraine Street regarding an Amazon delivery driver that saw two males enter her van and steal packages while she was delivering items to a residence. The two males then entered a black BMW without license plates and fled towards Valley View Road.
While the officers were responding to the call, the Glendale Police Dept. Communications Division received a separate 911 call from a witness who was following the suspect vehicle. The witness reported he saw males steal a package from a delivery truck and directed the officers to the suspect vehicle at the Shell gas station located at Kenneth Road and Grandview Road.
The Glendale officers quickly arrived on scene and detained the three suspects, identified as 18-year-old Emajea Porter of Carson, 19-year-old Anthony Henderson of Carson and Jordan Maclamore of Henderson, Nevada.
The witnesses positively identified the suspects and they were taken into custody and booked for petty theft and conspiracy to commit a theft.
