Time to Spring Forward
On Sunday at 2 a.m., it’s time to turn clocks forward ushering in Daylight Savings Time.

ANF Closures Planned
The Los Angeles County Public Works Department has advised that, based on the forecast of snow and icy road conditions, it will close public access to the following road segments in the Angeles National Forest effective Thursday, March 7 at 10 p.m.: The Angeles Forest Highway, Aliso Canyon Road to SR-2/Angeles Crest Highway; Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road, Angeles Forest Highway to SR-2/Angeles Crest Highway.

Local access will not be permitted until the road closures are lifted. The closures will remain in effect until the storm system has passed and the roads have been inspected.

‘For Dads Only’ Hosted by CVDAPC
As part of its ongoing free parent sessions, the Crescenta Valley Drug & Alcohol Prevention Coalition is hosting a session at the Y on March 12 from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. “For Men Only” is a chance for dads to talk to other dads about parenting issues they are concerned with.
