600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, an employee reported that two women entered the store and walked out with items they did not pay for. Surveillance footage revealed that Suspect No. 1, described as a Black female in her 30s, 5’6” to 5’7” tall, weighing about 180 lbs. and wearing pink scrubs, entered the store area. A minute later Suspect No. 2, described as a Black female, 5’7” to 5’8” tall, weighing 250 to 300 lbs. and wearing a black shirt and gray shorts, entered the area. Suspect No. 1 was carrying a tan shoulder bag and two folded reusable bags, which appeared to be empty. Suspect No. 2 was carrying a black bag and an empty reusable bag. Both suspects apparently acted as lookouts for each other while each would take and conceal items from the store. Both suspects exited the store without attempting to pay for the items they had placed in their bags.
The theft occurred between 12:42 p.m. and 12:48 p.m.

2800 block of Fairway Avenue in Montrose, the front passenger window of a vehicle was shattered; nothing appeared to be stolen between 12 a.m. and 11:59 p.m.
600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, a woman reported that while she was shopping she was approached by a man, described as a White adult estimated to be in his 20s with a thick accent. The suspect was wearing a black and white baseball hat, a zip-up hoodie and jeans. The suspect asked the woman about store merchandise. She reported finding the interaction unusual but continued with her shopping after the suspect left. When she went to the checkout and pay for her items she reached into her purse, which was located in her shopping cart. She discovered her wallet and all of her personal information and credit cards were missing.
The theft occurred between 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.

4600 Glenwood Avenue in La Crescenta, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle overnight.
March 11
600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, an employee reported that he witnessed via surveillance footage two females who had taken items from the store without attempting to pay. A review of the surveillance footage revealed Suspect No. 1, described as a Hispanic, 30 to 35 years old, about 5’3” tall, weighing 160 lbs. with dark hair and wearing a blue jumpsuit, brown shoes and carrying a brown/white handbag, entered the store. She walked toward the shoe department. About a minute later Suspect No. 2, described as female Hispanic 30 to 35 years old, about 5’ to 5’3” tall, weighing 140 to 150 lbs. with dark hair and wearing a white headband, white sweater, black shirt, black pants and black shoes, entered the store. She also walked to the same section as Suspect No. 1. Both put items from the area into the bags they had carried in with them. About 10 minutes later both suspects were seen walking out of the elevator. Suspect No. 1 walked upstairs toward the cash register with an item in her hand. Suspect No. 2 walked past all manned and open registers and exited the store. It is not know if Suspect No. 1 had paid for the one item she had in her hand.
The theft occurred between 2:55 p.m. and 3:12 p.m.
