3000 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a laptop computer was stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the Office Depot parking lot between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

1500 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, according to the report a deputy witnessed a male driver pull over to the curb on Foothill Boulevard. He exited his vehicle, walked behind his car and began to urinate. When the deputy approached the 40-year-old man from San Francisco allegedly said, “Let me finish, when you have to go you have to go.” The deputy reported the man smelled of liquor. He also found the man had had not turned his car engine off and it was in neutral. The man was arrested for driving under the influence.

Verdugo Boulevard and Montrose Avenue in Montrose, a 24-year-old La Cañada man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance after deputies observed him staggering down the sidewalk at 1:30 a.m.
