2300 block of Barton Lane in Montrose, a resident witnessed four suspects exit a newer model, possibly white, Ford Explorer and attempt to gain entry into vehicles parked at the home. Suspects were not able to gain access to the locked vehicles.
The resident yelled at the suspects and they fled the location at 1:25 a.m.
April 1
1200 Journeys End Drive in La Cañada, a resident was on a walk with his family when he received a call from a neighbor that his home’s alarm was activated. A witness reported seeing two men run from the residence. When the man returned home he found his front door and a window in the house had been shattered.
The suspects that were witnessed running from the property are described as two male Hispanics, Suspect No. 1 is reportedly about 20 years old, 5’10” tall, weighing about 160 lbs. with short black hair and wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with dark pants and black shoes. Suspect No. 2 was described as about 20 years old, 5’10” tall, weighing 160 lbs. and wearing a dark grey hooded sweatshirt with the front unzipped, a black T-shirt with “NIKE” printed on the front, grey pants and dark grey shoes.
The incident occurred at 4:20 p.m.

3000 block of Alabama Street in La Crescenta, a resident reported that his wooden fence had been vandalized by someone cutting away pieces of the wood.
The vandalism was done between March 29 and March 31.
March 28
4000 block of Ocean View Boulevard in Montrose, the owner of a vehicle discovered that four of the tires on the car were flat and there were long scratches along the vehicle’s body.
The vandalism occurred between March 28 and March 31.
