April 13

900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, a employee reported that she observed a male Hispanic, Suspect No. 1 wearing a white shirt and black shorts, and a second male Hispanic, Suspect No. 2 wearing a gray shirt, enter the store. The two suspects walked to the liquor aisle and stopped in front of a cognac display. The employee recognized Suspect No. 1 from previous thefts at the store. She began to follow both suspects. Suspect No. 2 quickly exited the store as Suspect No. 1 grabbed two bottles of cognac and exited the store without attempting to pay for the items. 

The theft occurred at 10:57 a.m.

April 9

900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, an employee was reviewing store surveillance and witnessed a female adult, Suspect No. 1 wearing a white sweatshirt and black pants, enter the store. The suspect was holding a multicolored tote bag and proceeded to grab a shopping cart. She walked directly to a cognac display and removed numerous bottles. She placed them in her tote bag. She walked to the clothing section where she left her shopping cart. 

She then walked out of the store without attempting to pay for the items at 9:25 p.m. 

900 block of Inverness Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, a resident reported that during the night she witnessed two male adults wearing face masks walk up to the front window of her home. They noticed the surveillance camera on the front of the residence and left the area. Her home is under construction; she had left her home and returned on April 12. She noticed her front window was ajar. She discovered that many of the construction workers’ equipment had been stolen. 

The first notice of the two suspects at the home was at 11:02 p.m. 

900 block of Regent Park Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, several tools were stolen from the location overnight.
