Los Angeles County Fire and California Highway Patrol have responded to a big rig accident at Waltonia Drive and La Granada Way.

According to CHP, a big rig lost control while traveling on the transition from the northbound 2 freeway to the westbound 210 freeway when it drove off the road way.  The big rig ended up on the right shoulder approximately 70 feet from the transition road.  The officers and tow trucks responded to Waltonia Drive and La Granada Way to gain access to the Big Rig.  The driver was reported to have minor injuries and was transported to Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Lanes on the westbound 210 are open. Traffic on Waltonia Drive will be affected.
