CHP responded to a traffic accident that occurred today, Tuesday, at 2:48 p.m. on the WB 210 Freeway at the La Crescenta Avenue exit. According to CHP it was a pursuit by LAPD and the traffic collision involved two-to-three vehicles and a big rig.

CHP reports a possible fatality.

The number 3, 4 & 5 lanes are closed on the 210 WB along with the Ocean View Boulevard on-ramp. The closures are for an unknown duration and the investigation is ongoing.

Traffic is backed up; surface streets will be affected.
