Amber Alert message from California Highway Patrol:

A child abduction occurred on May 23 at 6:36 a.m. in Los Angeles. The child’s name is Edwin Vargas, 2-years-old male Hispanic, and the suspect is Abraham Varas, 27, male Hispanic.

Abraham is possibly driving a 2004 orange Nissan Quest with tinted windows. The  license plate number  7CIN189.

Anyone with information is advised to call 911.
