The engagement of Lindsay Rae Loos and Roy Joseph Spaulding is announced. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stephen and Roberta Loos of Mendon, Ill. Lindsay attended Unity High School and Culver-Stockton College and graduated with a major in fine arts and a minor in psychology. The groom-elect is the son of Roy H. and Sandra Spaulding from La Crescenta. Roy attended Crescenta Valley High School, Los Angeles Community College and Culver-Stockton College and he graduated with a major in recreation management. The couple will be married this summer in Oxnard, Calif. at the Embassy Suites Mandalay Beach Hotel and Resort.
