It’s Time for the Summer Beach Bus

Summer time means Beach Bus for many sand and sea lovers in the Crescenta Valley.

The beach bus runs from June 18 to Sept. 2, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Labor Day.

The best way to the beach – letting someone else take the traffic headaches – is a tradition sponsored by County of Los Angeles Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich and the city of La Cañada Flintridge.

The schedule is as follows:
Bus to Santa Monica Beach
Leaves: Two Strike Park (5107 Rosemont Ave.) at 9:15 a.m.

Leaves: County Library (on La Crescenta Ave.) at 9:25 a.m.

Leaves: SE corner of Montrose Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard at 9:35 a.m.

Leaves: NW corner of Foothill and La Cañada boulevards at 9:45 a.m.

Arrives at Santa Monica Beach by the pier around 10:45 a.m.
