2200 block of Luana Lane in Montrose, two rolls of coins were stolen from a locked vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry. The theft occurred overnight.

 

1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a woman reported placing her cellphone in a locker at the Crescenta Cañada YMCA, went to shower and returned to find the phone gone. The locker was not locked. The theft occurred between 5:15 p.m. and 5:17 p.m.

 

June 15
100 block of Inverness Drive in La Cañada, a Jeep that did not have a top and was unsecured, was damaged with toilet paper and “silly string.” The interior seats were damaged with smashed cupcakes and frosting. The vandalism occurred overnight.

 

June 13
4100 block of Dover Road in La Cañada, a woman who was house sitting for a homeowner reported finding the screen of a kitchen window had been pried off. The residents had yet to report anything stolen. The attempted burglary occurred between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

 

4100 block of Dover Road in La Cañada, a window was shattered and jewelry was stolen from a home at 10 p.m.

1700 block of Bonita Vista in La Cañada, a homeowner reported she had discovered several pieces of jewelry had been stolen during an open house that had been held at her residence between June 10-12.
