CHP found this male Pomeranian wandering on the westbound 210 off ramp at La Crescenta Ave. at approximately 9 pm tonight. He has been transferred to the Pasadena Humane Society. If the dog looks familiar, please contact PHS at (626) 792-7151 in hopes of locating his owner.
