A collision tied up traffic at Ocean View Boulevard and Foothill (210) freeway this evening from about 6 p.m. to 6:40 p.m.

A vehicle was traveling on the eastbound exit of the Foothill (210) freeway at Ocean View Boulevard and was turning northbound when it collided with another vehicle traveling southbound on Ocean View Boulevard, said California Highway Patrol Officer R. Lee.

It has yet to be determined which vehicle had the right-of-way at the time of the accident.

Both drivers were transported to the hospital. The accident is under investigation by CHP.
