3100 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, an employee reported that a person driving an older model gray Ford F-150 pulled into the underground parking lot at the location. The male suspect, wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans, exited the vehicle. His face was covered with his jacket. The man walked with a shopping cart to the storage lockers where the propane tanks are kept locked and secured. The man attempted to spray or cover the surveillance camera. He then removed the lock on the locked storage locker and stole six propane tanks using a shopping cart to transport them to his vehicle.
He then got into his vehicle and drove away from the area at 4:52 a.m.

2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a store employee reported witnessing a suspect, described as a White male, enter the store, walk directly to the alcohol aisle and begin to fill up his shopping cart with two boxes of alcohol. The suspect then walked out of the store without attempting to pay. The suspect was reportedly the same man who stole alcoholic beverages three times in the last month.
The suspect is described as 6’ tall and weighing about 200 lbs. At the time he was wearing a black shirt with black pants and a black hat.
The theft occurred at 11:50 p.m.
Aug. 22
900 block of Town Center Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, an employee reported witnessing a suspect, described as a female adult wearing a pink shirt, pink pants and silver boots, about 5’5” tall, 160 lbs. with red hair and wearing a black medical facemask, enter the store, grabbed a shopping cart, walked to the women’s handbag aisle, selected a handbag and placed it into the cart. She continued to shop and pick up more items, placing them in the cart.
She then walked out of the store without attempting to pay at 2:48 p.m.
