The Glendale Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two missing/runaway children.

Ryan Handlin, 12, is  5’ 02”  and weighs 90 pounds with  light brown hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a dark shirt and jeans. He attends Rosemont Middle School.

His brother  Marquis Handlin,11, is 5’ 01”  and weighs 90 pounds with blond hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a green shirt and jeans. He attends a local elementary school.

Officers suspect the two boys ran away due to family issues. They had been living with their father who recently passed away and have since been living with their grandparents, though it appears this was not the ideal situation. The boys were last seen in the 4100 block of La Crescenta Avenue at 7:30 a.m. this morning.

Officers do not suspect foul play, but because of their ages there is concern for their safety.

Glendale Police Department is eager to see their quick and safe return. Officers will continue working with the family and friends of the boys to identify their potential location.

If anyone has information on their whereabouts, please call the Glendale Police Department at 818-548-4911.
