A Red Flag Warning due to gusty winds has been issued by the National Weather Service for parts of Los Angeles County including Crescenta Valley area. The warning began on Wednesday night and is expected to end on Friday at 6 p.m., said a spokesman with the National Weather Service in Oxnard.
Single digit humidities should continue in the valleys and mountains of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties on Thursday night and Friday.
A wind advisory has also been issued for the area. Santa Ana conditions are predicted with sustained winds at 20 to 30 miles per hour and gust up to 45 miles per hour, especially through passes and canyons.
The wind advisory remains in effect from 4 a.m. to noon on Thursday.
