On 10/14/13, Joyce Lubrin, 16 yrs was located safe and healthy at a family members home and placed by DCFS with an Aunt.

On Saturday at 11:17 a.m, Glendale Police Department received a phone call regarding three missing sisters from their home in the 800 block of East Chevy Chase. The 15 and 13 year old girls have since been returned home after a Glendale resident was watching the news and informed the Glendale Police Department of their whereabouts.
Joyce Lubrin, 16, is a chronic runaway and remains missing. She has not made contact with family or friends since she was last seen in the afternoon hours at a friend’s home in the 600 Blk of South Adams on Friday . The family is concerned for her safety due to being 7 ½ months pregnant and taking medication. Investigators have contacted friends and family in various cities in Los Angeles County as well as the Glendale Galleria where Lubrin is frequently known to visit.
Lubrin is described as having brown hair, brown eyes, 4’11” tall and weighing 120 pounds. She is 7 1/2 months pregnant and was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue hooded sweatshirt and grey jacket.
