On Oct. 6 more than 60 students were cheered on by teachers, aides, volunteers, school resource officers and parents along with students and staff from the district’s FACTS adult transition program at College View School’s 21st Wheel-a-Walk-a-Thon.

The annual event raises money for enrichment programs and field trips to places like Shane’s Inspiration and for groups such as Masanga Marimba that come to campus to host assemblies.

College View serves students ranging in age from 3 to 22 with severe intellectual and physical disabilities.
