An accident involving an overturned big rig carrying produce has closed down all lanes of the eastbound Foothill (210) freeway at Ocean View Boulevard. California Highway Patrol has diverted traffic to the 2 Freeway as hundreds of boxes of produce are being cleared from the roadway.

CHP received a call concerning the accident at 1:51 a.m. this morning. No one was transported to the hospital, it is not known if there were minor injuries or no injuries reported. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

The 210 is expected to be closed until 2 p.m.

As with most accidents on the Foothill (210) freeway, expect delays on Foothill Boulevard and local roads.
