On Oct. 5 an unidentified African American male in his late 40s to mid 50s showed up at a local hospital near Los Feliz Boulevard and Central Avenue in Glendale.

The hospital is seeking the public’s help in identifying this patient because he had no documentation or evidence of his identity with him in his property. The man has dark brown eyes and dark brown hair with some gray. His estimated height is 5’8” to 5’9” and his weight is 174 pounds.
