At the recent Crescenta Valley Community Association meeting representatives from Wells Fargo shared their plans on a new development for the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in the 3200 block of Foothill.
The lot has been vacant for years after the Mobile service station closed. The station has since been torn down and the lot remained empty.
The Wells Fargo plans are to build a single level building. Sharon Weisman of the CVCA said most residents she spoke with were happy the bank will be a single level building, but there were some concerns from some in the community about the traffic.
