Los Angeles Fire Dept. responded to a residential structure fire in the 4300 block of Sunset  Ave. at about 1120 a.m.  The resident and two dogs were able to exit the home, no injuries were reported.  Fire fighters knocked down the fire in about 30 minutes. The estimated cost of damage and cause of the fire are still under investigation.
