In the early morning hours on Oct. 30 Glendale police responded to a call concerning an attempted burglary in the 2600 block of Honolulu Avenue in Montrose.

Two suspects smashed the glass in the front of the smoke shop but were unable to get through security gates at the location, according to Sgt. Victor Jackson.

“No entry was made into the business. Damage was estimated at approximately $1,000,” Jackson stated.
