Dec. 7

3000 block of Frances Avenue in La Crescenta, the front glass door and the back office window of a residence was broken and several items were missing from the house. 

The burglary occurred overnight. 

800 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge, wallets were taken from a locker while the owners were “working out” at a local business. The wallets were left in an unsecured cabinet located in the fitness area. The owners of the wallets contacted their banks and credit card companies and found that several attempts had been made to use the stolen cards that were contained in their wallets. 

The theft occurred between 7:15 p.m. and 7:55 p.m.

Dec. 6

900 block of Town Center Drive in La Cañada Flintridge, a person described as a male Hispanic wearing a tan and red hat, gray hoodie, black pants and black and white shoes, walked into the store and directly to the electronic aisle where he took two iPad Pros and a computer keyboard then walked out of the store without attempting to pay at 4:54 p.m.

2300 block of Caracas Street in La Crescenta, a resident returned home to find her front door was unlocked; the door had been secured when the resident left. The resident found several rooms had been ransacked and the circuit breaker had been shut off. It was not clear what, if anything, was missing. 

The burglary occurred between 9:40 a.m. and 7 p.m.

2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, an informant reported witnessing a man – Suspect No. 1 wearing a red and white jacket with a black baseball cap and black pants – exit the supermarket with a basket full of wine and cheese without attempting to pay for the items. Suspect No. 1 then got into the passenger seat of a white box truck; the driver of the truck, Suspect No. 2, was wearing all black clothing. The truck then drove out of the parking lot. 

The theft occurred at 4:27 p.m.
