Marvin Edgar Bryer was born April 27, 1938 in St. Louis, Missouri. He died on Jan. 2 at Kindred Hospital in Baldwin Park.

He was a loving father as well as an Air Force veteran. He weathered the great Alaskan earthquake of ’64 while he was honorably serving his country from 1960-66.

He is survived by his daughters Amy Bryer and Karen Bramlett, and his grandchildren Chris Van Meter, Nick Van Meter and Emily Bramlett.

Marvin loved art and helping those in need. We miss you, Poppy.
