Jan. 14, 1948 – March 2, 2013

Victor was born in Lal-Lo, Cagayan, Philippines to Felix and Maxima Rosacia. Victor’s father was a lawyer and his mother was a dentist. Victor was the fifth of 10 children. He grew up in Lal-Lo and earned an associate degree in radio-telecommunications.

He is predeceased by his siblings Eduardo, Bert and Anita. Victor is survived by his sisters Liberty, Virginia, Amelia and Christine, and his brothers Doming and Felix Jr.

He enjoyed watching his favorite Filipino shows and listening to music. His favorite was Paul Anka. He also enjoyed going places with his relatives, especially eating at buffets with his brother Doming. Victor was a kind, generous, and deeply religious man. He will be greatly missed!
